(Business4Sale) is a platform that provides space for its application for sales and purchase advertisements for projects listed by a variety of companies.
The Business4Sale platform (the "Service") is intended to provide advertising space for its users (vendors and buyers), and we are limited to providing space for the seller and buyer to meet directly, without any liability from Business4Sale. We are not bound by any warranties to Business4Sale users regarding sales and purchases, and no user of the application shall have any rights or claims for compensation or liability for any loss or damage.
Business4Sale provides users with a convenience to find available projects traded between the seller and the buyer by advertising them on the Business4Sale application for purchase by users across the Gulf countries through our platform.
The user lists the ad for their projects on our Tech. platform after registering their required data and choosing their desired bundle with the need to provide the mobile phone number and email.
An advertiser must categorize their ad and publish their project data to the project's category on our tech. platform..
An ad title, a description of the project, the value of its sales, images or data for the project must be correctly written, and the advertiser is committed to being genuine and existing.
The advertiser must be the project owner or official delegate.
It is forbidden to post sales advertisements for any material or projects in violation of the laws, regulations and public morals in the State of Kuwait and the State of the originator.
The publication of advertisements containing words or images that are contrary to public or illegal morality is prohibited, as is any advertisement intended to denigrate or offend governments, public institutions, persons, or any entity.
The publication of illegal advertising in the State of Kuwait, in particular Act No. 63 of 2015 on combating cybercrime, is prohibited.
Fictitious advertising is prohibited, and the advertiser alone bears any civil or criminal liability for his/her content on Business4Sale, without any accountability to us.
The Business4Sale Management reserves the right to block any ads, data, or phone number of the application user for bullying, harm to others, or use the application for purposes contrary to public laws and regulations.
Platform users must respect the visitors and other users and not to harm them in any way.
The user is prohibited from reserving ads for the purpose of selling them to another party without our consent.
The Business4Sale user is liable for any liability, damages, or any liability arising out of the use of the platform in violation of the law or for any damages to others without any liability to us.
The Business4Sale user acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions and conditions of the use of the Electronic platform services. The user acknowledges that he or she has full "criminal and civil liability" for any damages to the site, its administrators or others in the event of a violation of laws, regulations, and decisions governing the declaration and all other laws and resolutions applicable to the country. Only the user is responsible for using the services available on the Business4Sale platform for publishing for sale or purchase.
Business4Sale users should ensure that they have the necessary documents and licenses before contracting with the advertisement publisher, without any liability to Business4Sale or its administrators.
If there is no license to conduct the activity for the announced project, the advertisement will be canceled and the official authorities will be provided with the advertiser's data when requested.
Business4Sale can prevent any user or advertiser who does not comply with the terms of the platform.
We have the full right to automatically remove any ad from the platform after the expiration of the time period specified by the Business4Sale administration without the user's right to object to it.
The platform management reserves the right to remove the offending ads without informing the offending user and without compensation, and the platform management may prevent the offending user from reclaiming the value of the advertising package or any payments made.
The Business4Sale department may block any user who posts an offending ad or adds abusive comments to others in private messages or by posting to the platform, and the platform management may prevent the offender from using the platform temporarily or permanently.
Ad packages will be listed on the Business4Sale platform and the features and value of each package. The prices of the packages listed by the platform management will vary depending on the features of the ad spaces available at the time of ordering.
Once you have purchased the Business4Sale advertising package, you will not be able to cancel your package before it expires.
Payments can be made to all different advertising packages on the Business4Sale platform via bank credit card or Line.
Once the user confirms the order for the ad package, the credit card will be authorized and the amount of the package due to payment will be determined.
When you use K-Net to pay for your advertising package, you must keep a record or payment invoice in order to preserve your rights as a user.
Credit cards used in online payment must be the property of the user; otherwise, the user must obtain legal permission from the owner of the card to make the transaction.
The user is solely responsible for submitting the payment request using the payment gateway after carefully reading all terms and conditions.
If the advertiser wants to upgrade to another package, any other benefits will be added to the ad package value required from the advertiser.
The user may not request a refund of the value of the advertising package unless a system malfunction has been established after payment.
The advertiser using the app does not have the right to request a refund for ads that violate laws, regulations, and rules in accordance with Business4Sale terms and conditions.
We are the owners or licensors of all intellectual property rights of our Business4Sale platform and services, and of all content posted on it (excluding your advertising contributions). Such works are protected by copyright laws and treaties worldwide.
You may not copy, re-produce, republish, download, publish, transmit, transmit, display, or use any content in our platforms in any other way except for your personal and non-commercial use.
Any person, company, organization, or any other entity is strictly prohibited from re-engineering or disassembling the software used in the Business4Sale platforms in order to access the original source software, application data, or code of the platform or to attempt to access the original structure used to create, run, and activate the application or any data regarding its customers and users.
Our legal responsibility is limited to the extent permitted by law to our meditation to provide advertising space only for users to market their projects. Business4Sale provides our services and content on a "as is" and "as available" basis and we do not provide any express or implied undertaking or warranty of any kind regarding advertising content for any reason.
As provided in the terms and conditions of your use of the platform, we shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages that may arise with respect to the advertisements available on the application from the advertiser, The advertiser alone bears any legal liability or claims for any damages that others may suffer (including fictitious and unprofitable projects), and we Business4Sale does not assume any liability that may arise from your use or inability to use the platform Services.
Our role and responsibility in the role of mediator is limited only to business users.
When our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided only to your information.
We do not control the contents of these sites or resources, and we shall not be held responsible for them or for any loss or damage that may result from your use of them.
Any claims (including disputes or non-contractual claims) arising out of or related to the use of this platform or Services shall be governed by Kuwaiti domestic law applicable to the applicable State, and the local courts of that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We shall not be liable to any user or others for any delay, damage, or non-performance by users of their obligations under this Agreement due to any circumstance, force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, (jurisdiction and power, governmental action or decision, War, fire, flood, explosion, noise, civil riot, or any circumstances recognized by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Health of the country or the suspension of work by public bodies and institutions).
These Terms and conditions contain the full binding agreement of all users of the platform regarding its subject matter and the obligations of its parties and the users of the Business4Sale platform.
