Platform: Our linked websites or the business4sale platform, on smart devices, cellular phones, or other online features through which we offer our services
We are Business4sale for advertisement and promotion (limited company), based in Kuwait, for the purpose of providing advertising space on our app (Business4sale) for the marketing of listed projects for sale and purchase by a variety of companies according to our terms of use to meet with the buyer or others.
We may collect the following information about you when you log in to use our Services:
Name, nickname, email address and phone number if you register by using your cell phone number.
We may collect your gender ID, age, or email based on your permission.
Your credit card details if you wish to purchase our services from paid advertising packages as defined in our usage policy.
We collect hardware-specific information such as the OS version and unique identifiers, for example, the name of the cellular network that you use, so we can associate these identifiers with your Business for Sale & Investment account.
When you use our chat feature to communicate with other users, we collect the information you choose to provide to other users through this feature.
Depending on your device's permissions, if you post content on our platform, we automatically collect and process information about your physical location. We use various location detecting technologies, including IP address, Wi-Fi, access points and cell towers. Location data allows you to see user content near you and helps you post content within your location.
Technical details, including the IP address, time zone, and operating system. We will also store your login information, (registration date, last password change date, last successful login date), and the type and version of your browser.
We collect information about your activity on our platform, including the sites from which you have entered our platform, the date and time-stamp of each visit, your searches, programs or ads you clicked on, the duration of your visit and the order in which you visit the content on our platform.

We use your location data to collect anonymous and overall information about the characteristics and behavior of (Business4Sale) users, including business analysis purposes, segmentation and development of anonymous cookies.
We display advertisers' listed ad lists with information provided from them to improve your purchase experience, and to measure and monitor your interaction with user ads that we put on our platform.
We process the above information on the basis of our legitimate concerns in order to improve your experience on our platform and to enhance your experience on our platform according to our agreement with you.
We may occasionally modify this Privacy Policy, and we will post the amendments on this page and inform you by email or through our platform. If you do not agree to the amendments, you can close your account by going to Account Settings and choosing Delete Account.
You have the following legal rights regarding your personal data based on how we interact with you:
The right to request access to your personal data (known as "data subject access request"). This allows you to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you and verify that we are legally processing it.
The right to request correction of any of the data we hold about you. We will contact you via email or SMS on your phone or through our app notifications, regarding services on our platform, to confirm your registration, to inform you if your ads list becomes active/expired and other messages related to our Services. And as it is essential for us to provide you with these transaction messages, you may not be able to cancel or refuse to receive such messages, however you may be able to contact us through our help center contact@bforsi.com
We may have to share your personal data with your consent to connect with Business4Sale users to help us provide business operation services, product and project marketing, product improvements, customer support, and fraud and marketing detection mechanisms. Any sharing of personal data within our application will always be subject to applicable legal safeguards or a data transfer agreement that clearly defines the obligations of the parties and ensures appropriate technical and regulatory measures to protect your data.
We monitor our service providers, and we require them to respect the security of your personal data and to process it according to law. We do not allow them to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
We may reveal your personal data to law enforcements, regulatory authorities, official governmental or public authorities or any related third party, in compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, and if any amendment occurs in our business, new owners can use your data in the same way as provided in this Privacy Policy.
When an ad is posted by the advertiser for sale using our services, they can choose to make some personal information visible to other Business4Sale users. This may include your first and last name, email address, location and contact number, since it is always allowed to share any data you offer to other users, by them or by others, please take into account the discretion in this regard.
The data we collect about you can be stored and processed inside and outside the country of Kuwait in secure servers to provide the best user experience possible. We only keep your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes we collect, including for the purposes of meeting any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we may consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of personal data, the potential risk of damage resulting from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes we treat with your personal data, whether we can achieve these purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.
